The hotel offers DOUBLE, TRIPLE, AND FAMILY ROOMS FOR FOUR PEOPLE, equipped with TV, WIFI, and a SAFE

3. Rates and taxes

• Prices are listed in euros (€), inclusive of all taxes (TTC), excluding the tourist tax.

• Rates include only the services expressly mentioned at the time of booking.

• The tourist tax, collected on behalf of the municipality, is €5.53 per night per adult.

4. Reservation and Payment

• All reservations must be guaranteed by a valid credit card or by a deposit.

• The balance for the stay is payable on site, unless otherwise agreed in advance.

• Accepted payment methods: CREDIT CARDS, CASH

5. Cancellation and Modification Policies

• Conditions vary depending on the selected rate and are specified at the time of booking.

• Unless otherwise stated, cancellation is free of charge up to 1 day before the arrival date.

• After this deadline or in the event of a no-show, the first night will be charged.

6. Check-in and Check-out

• Rooms are available from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 12:00 PM on the day of departure.

• In case of late arrival, the guest must notify the hotel.

7. House Rules

• The establishment is entirely non-smoking.

• Service animals are accepted; other pets are accepted upon request and subject to availability.

• The guest agrees to respect the premises and not to disturb the peace of other guests.

8. Theft, Damage, and Missing Items

• The guest is responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of items belonging to the hotel (e.g., hair dryer, doorstop, glass bottle, pillow, vase, umbrella, etc.) discovered during or after their stay.

• The hotel may:

o Charge, after notifying the guest, the corresponding amount to the credit card provided at the time of booking, in accordance with the authorization given upon acceptance of these general terms and conditions.

o Require full reimbursement for missing or damaged items, based on their replacement value.

9. Force Majeure

The hotel shall not be held liable in the event of failure to perform its obligations resulting from a force majeure event within the meaning of Article 1218 of the Civil Code.
