Rate Sales Conditions
Cancellation or modification by the customer:
1. The customer is reminded, in accordance with Article L. 221-28 of the Consumer Code, that they do not have the right of withdrawal as stipulated in Article L. 221-18 of the Consumer Code.
2. The sales conditions for the reserved rate specify the terms for cancellation and/or modification of the reservation.
3. Prepaid bookings cannot be modified and/or cancelled. Advance payments, such as deposits, are non-refundable. In such cases, this is stated in the rate's terms and conditions.
4. When the terms and conditions of the reserved rate allow:
- booking cancellations can be made directly on the Website or mobile Services via the "View or cancel your booking" section;
- booking modifications can be made directly with the hotel, whose telephone contact details are specified on the booking confirmation sent by email.
5. If the guest interrupts their stay, the full agreed price will be charged. For prepaid bookings, no refund will be granted in such a case.
6. Unless expressly stated otherwise, guests must vacate their room before 12:00 PM on the day their booking ends. Otherwise, an additional night will be charged.
7. All bookings are personal and cannot under any circumstances be transferred to a third party, whether free of charge, for a fee, or for commercial purposes.
