3. Rates and taxes

  • Prices are quoted in euros (€), inclusive of all taxes (VAT), excluding tourist tax.
  • Rates include only the services expressly mentioned at the time of booking.
  • The tourist tax, collected on behalf of the municipality, is €5.53 per night per adult.

4. Booking and payment
‍

  • All bookings must be guaranteed by a valid credit card or by a deposit payment.
  • The balance of the stay is payable on-site, unless otherwise agreed upon in advance.

5. Cancellation and modification policy

  • Conditions vary depending on the selected rate and are specified at the time of booking.
  • Unless otherwise stated, cancellation is free of charge up to 1 day before the arrival date.
  • After this period or in the event of a no-show, the first night will be charged.

6. Check-in and check-out

  • Rooms are available from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 12:00 PM on the day of departure.
  • Guests must notify the hotel in the event of a late arrival.

7. House rules

  • The entire establishment is non-smoking.
  • Pets are NOT allowed.
  • Guests agree to respect the premises and not to disturb the peace of other guests.

8. Theft, damage, and missing items
‍

  • Guests are responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of items belonging to the establishment (e.g., hair dryers, door hangers, glass bottles, pillows, vases, umbrellas, etc.) discovered during or after their stay.
  • The hotel reserves the right to:
    • Charge the corresponding amount to the credit card provided at the time of booking, after notifying the guest, in accordance with the authorization granted upon acceptance of these general terms and conditions.
    • Demand full reimbursement for missing or damaged items based on their replacement value.
