3. Rates and taxes

  • Prices are indicated in euros (€), all taxes included (TTC), excluding tourist tax.
  • Rates only include services expressly mentioned during booking.
  • The tourist tax, collected on behalf of the municipality, is €5.53 per night per adult.

4. Booking and payment

  • All reservations must be guaranteed by a valid credit/debit card or by payment of a deposit.
  • The balance of the stay is payable on site, unless specific arrangements have been agreed in advance.

5. Cancellation and Modification Conditions

  • Rooms are available from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 12:00 PM on the day of departure.
  • In case of late arrival, the guest must inform the hotel.

8. Theft, Damage, and Missing Items

  • The client is responsible for any damage, disappearance, or theft of items belonging to the establishment (e.g., hairdryer, door tie, glass bottle, pillow, vase, umbrella, etc.) observed during or after their stay.
  • The hotel may:
    • After informing the client, charge the corresponding amount to the credit card provided during booking, in accordance with the authorization given upon acceptance of these general terms and conditions.
    • Demand full reimbursement for missing or damaged items, based on their replacement value.

9. Force Majeure


The hotel cannot be held responsible for the non-performance of its obligations resulting from a force majeure event as defined by Article 1218 of the Civil Code.
